Hi I am 3months pregnant since from 3rd month I developed sciatic nerve pain which makes my daily life miserable unable to stand for long time unable to bend unable to sleep properly and get up which causes strong nerve pain from tail bone extending to hip and thighs.am mostly having in the right side.am not calcium medication as my doctor suggested to start in fourth month. My husband is not taking me to doctor due to COVID please suggest me want to do
