What is the maximum time ,damaged nerve takes time to heal after hip joint surgery. Swelling & heaviness still persists at foot after few months post operation. Tab Gabaneuron is going on, but of less help. Need guidance to be hopeful

Swelling is usually not a part of nerve injury. Have you done a Doppler of the leg. Try to keep the leg elevated while sitting and sleeping.
