Female aged 49 patient is mbbs doctor ,diagnosed schizophrenia 15 years back. taking olanz 2.5mg at present in fool proof form. problem is that she is still suspicious, lethargic, emotion less. could not do job well. she dont accept her disease. family life is not good. both stay in different places, both r doctors. she tell lot of lies. needed latest treatment in fool proof form. she is diabetic. she refuses to meet the doctor for this particular condition. suggest me pls
