Hello! Red eruptions erupting and suddenly itching may be more likely urticaria which is an allergic reaction. In scabies you get small eruptions all over body even between the fingers. Itching is very severe especially at night . Scabies is caused by itch mite hence you get it either from an already infected person ,infected animals or infected beddings ,clothes etc.
