Scar mark on penis head due to balanitis
I had balanitis problem and tight foreskin, but now its fine. Smooth enough. But there is huge scar mark on penis head. I want to remove that mark and look the penis head normal. Please let me know if there are any way to remove it

It's a post healing scar may be...it's not easily vanish with Medication bit you can try if the scar is not too old or big.
