Scapy patch on 5 months baby scalp

Hello Doctor, My baby is 5 months old. She got scaly patch on her scalp. As per pediatrician suggestion using ketostar shampoo -weekly twice and candid B lotion- twice every day. Using from 5 days. But today dermatologist suggested to use Desosoft cream. And dermatologist told that ketostar  shampoo and candid B lotion are waste to use. Now my question please check the pics and tell me what is it and what to use. Thank you.

Use ketoconazole based shampoo Gentle combing of the scalp Thats it Nothing else needs to be done

Hello madam This looks like seborric dermatitis U can use ketostar shampoo And no need to worry it will go in some time No need to give extensive treatment Thank u
