SCANTY PERIODS FROM LAST 3 MONTHS

Sir/Mam My wife is facing issue of scanty periods from last 3 months.Earlier her periods where normal and lasts for 3 days.Now her periods lasts for only 1 and less than half day.The flow of blood is only with urine only not on sanitary pads but earlier it was normal flow.Ultrasound hemoglobin PCOD PANEL insulin glucose fasting and pp were done.In ultrasound it was detected both ovaries enlarged and glucose fasting was 80 and pp was 102 .Rest all reports were normal.Now she is under treatment from last one month but scanty periods still exists.I request you please guide me Ultrasound report and prescription report is enclosed
