Scan report show collapsed gestationwall

I am 5 weeks 3 days pregnant i am having light brown bleed while urinating, i took scan it shows gestational sac is 0.8 cm with collapsed wall yolk sac seen no fetus pole seen... i am worried abt the word collapsed wall as it may lead to miscarriage please tell me is it a problem... last pregnnacy had miscarriage.. aftr 7 years its a precious pregnancy ... help me with .. i am taking susten and duphaston and vitamin and calcium tablet .. collapsed gestational sac can be corrected please help with this
