Hi, From past 5-6 days my testicle skin is becoming scaly and itching. This itching and scaly texture is also forming on penis. Please suggest me what is the problem. Attaching photos please have a look. Thanks. 1st picture current condition. 2nd photo taken 5-6 days ago.
