My husband has dandruff issues and 2,3wounds on scalp I guess it's verruca vulgaris, Can you please see the pictures attached and suggest why it occurred? And how thr symptoms will be there and please suggest a primary treatment which can be done at home as we are living in a undeveloped area we cannot consult doctor upto a week. Please check the 2 attached pictures of the scalp wound Thank you!!
