I have been scratching my scalp for too long. Not that my scalp is dry or tight but its like a disorder and now my hair is breaking and falling and even turned rough. I scratch it too much and end up falling pain.

Do you scratch on one particular area. Becuase if you do it may be neurodermatitis which can be treated. If the itching is diffuse, then it need to be evaluated for the cause.
