I have Small granules in my scalp. May be DHT crystals. How to get rid of them? It is reducing my hair from center and side wards.

Greetings. DHT crystals - I guess you have been ill informed. It could be granular dandruff / sebum collection / or folliculitis of the scalp with pustules . You should use an antifungal based shampoo - regularly - twice a week. See a qualified dermatologist near you for adequate diagnosis and treatment. Hope this helps
