10 months back started to see some lesions on scalp right side, used duoflim thinking it's a wart, didn't go away but damaged the skin. Attaching photos. Undergone medication after from a doctor. Biopsy suggested DLE but not conclusive. Used Calpsor C and Tacroz oinment. It's still there. Current photo And one month ago photo attached. Please tell me what to do? Last derma doctor suggested me to undergo surgery to remove the part. Please help
