Breathing problem due to sarcoidosis, almost 7 years now, the oxygen level drops during physical activities like stairs, walking etc. Please advise on how to atleast make it easier for patient to survive and breath.

Hi I am a chest specialist and I believe that every patient should get the best quality of life. So for so sarcoidosis with chronic respiratory failure with oxygen, I would highly recommend pulmonary rehabilitation. You need oxygen and big muscles.
