Safe to abort aftr 1month

I have missed my period which occasionlly used to come on 1 week of evry month. I have done the preganancy test, but got some symptoms like headache body pain and pain in stomach. Is is safe to abort within 1 month. If so what could be the estimated cost

Hi You have not mentioned about pregnancy test result.is it positive. ? Are you planning to abort because of body pain ? Abortion can be done with medicines in your case.You have to consult a gynaecologist and take her opinion.It is not expensive. Hope you are convinced. Best wishes
