Safe medicine for breast feeding

My baby (1yr 5 month old) has bitten my nipple with her teeth. I got a small white lump in that place. Please suggest if I can continue to feed and also remedy to heal it. In case I am not supposed to feed, whether not feeding will cause breast engorgement?

Continue breastfeeding.

Always try to pump out or squeeze out the extra milk that is remaining in the breasts if engorged, otherwise it will get infected.
