Sac not growing in proportion to embryo

Asked for Female, 30 Years

Dear Doctor, Reports attached. I am 7 weeks 4 days from LMP. CRL is 9.67mm I.e. 6 weeks 6 days. Gsac is 8.1mm only hence compressing yolk sac. I am on aspirin, lonopin and duphaston. Is there any hope for such a pregnancy to sustain?
