I ve been having serious pains in my chest region its some times hard for me to breathe please help me i have add this kind of pain once then i was 17 now i am 23

Pain is like heartburning. Due to acid reflux from stomach. Take antacid. Avoid fast food. Take cold milk, water pain will subside. If not resolved please visit nearby physician.
