Hello Dr. My rubella igg is 12.99 and igm is negative husband's rubella igg is 68.7 Iu/ml .so do need a vaccination for rubella?

Ya.  You should get rubella vaccination.  And don't plan pregnancy for 1 month. Get the vaccination during periods.  And its positive then its good.
