What's in this attached chest xray ..and tx of it..dose pulmocef500 bd, azithral 500 od and symptomatic mx enough for it??doc prescribed for 15yrs old child???

x-ray shows rt.lower lobe infiltration- pneumonia .doctor has suggested 2 antibiotic combination which is justified . Since you have not mentioned age and weight -ideal dosage could not be calculated.
