Hey, My son is 4 months old , did ultrasound as gynaecologist suggest. It showing RT kidney mild to moderate hydronephrosis. I consult one urologist from practo he said so DTPA/EC scan. I did that I report and I am attaching report. Can you please have a look and update. Thanks in advance!!!

Please get an nephrologist opinion. They might advise to start on prophylactic antibiotics once daily (only at dinner time) and repeat the ultrasound six months later to check the size once again.
