RPOC with vascular channels

I had a medical abortion on 10th may. Got a TVS done after one month and I have an RPOC of volume 1.2cc. Also few prominent vascular channels are noted adjacent to the products. What can be done now?

It need to be cleaned surgically.. visit your obstetrician
