Rpoc after abortion

Abortion done 45 days earlier and not got periods till date. Urine HCG test is neagative. Got heavy pain in lower of abdomen 4-5 days earlier but it vanished after half hour. Have weakness n headache. Ultra sound report says about uterus : Normal in size.ECHOGENIC VASCULAR MATERIAL HAVING DIAMETER OF 12.3m IS NOTED IN THE UTERINE CAVITY. MYMOETRIAL ECHOTEXTURE IS HOMOGENOUS. CERVIX APPERAS NORMAL.
