I have oily dandruff but it does not appear on the scalp. It is in the hair roots and cause excessive hairfall. My hair roots are covered with white salt like particles it is dandruff but it is in the form of small particles which get adhered to my hair roots and cause hairfall

Hello,suggest you to start with antidandruff treatment start using ketoconazole and zpto shampoo weekly twice.hairfall could be due to various reasons along with dandruff.get complete blood investigations done for it.there are certiain other conditions where greasy scales are there.
