Root canal should be done or not

My 4.8yr old has been recently suggested by a paediatric dentist to do root canal and she is also complaining of pain of the teeth. Should we do it? Since it is a milk teeth we are thinking about it.

U can go if severe pain ,deep infection as another 4-5 yrs some temporary teeth may remain.If superficial ,teeth was loose no need.Go for 2 nd option of Pediatric dentist.
