Hi welcome - Salt over all not good above 5 GM in general in foods or meals. It's always advise that to use iodised salt but no others specially for females to avoid hypothyroidism. Even its required to maintain body fluids balanced bit too much may cause hypertension, fluid retention.

Hello, Google cannot give all answers and for sure cannot replace the practical knowledge. Any salt which is uncooked is unhealthy. We unknowingly consume so many foods that have hidden salt in them and that finally adds to the total salt intake. Hello,  if you are taking rock salt less than one gram then it's ok. Don't take more then that.  Also rest normal salt intake should be moderate. Consuming rocksalt in less amount don't create any problem. Thus make sure you use less of it.
