it is very common question. I am announcing any banana, just ripe is very good . You can give it . you are already too late .It is full of energy , minerals, fiber ,and probiotics , lots of essential minerals nutrients, ant oxides, all vitamins, Igave banana to my baby at the ageof 1month with the advice of Dr MAnek Bhagat.
