Risk of pregnancy due to DuphastonCYP3A4

I've been taking Duphaston for a week now owing to some irregularities in my period. I took an ipill about 4 hours after unprotected sex. Does Duphaston decrease the effectiveness of ipill? I read something about the metabolism of CYP3A4 decreasing the efficacy of ipill. Please help. Thank you.
