I am having ringworm in my chest since one month. It was small ring but now it has spread and bumps or pustules are there in the outer sides of the ringworm. I have been using antifungal cream(clobeta gm)and soap(phytoral). It itches sometimes. Please recommend me best cream and best oral medicines. Thanking you

Firstly, stop using Clobeta GM cream. It is a steroid antifungal anti biotic combination. It will give temporary relief and then lead to addiction. Such creams will be banned soon . Kindly consult dermatologist who will diagnose- if it is a fungal infection . Till then apply moisturiser. Stop phytoral soap too. It can lead to anti fungal resistance. There are 2000 skin diseases and only a trained dermatologist can diagnose accurately. Take medical help for good skincare.
