My 4 yrs son having ringworm on scalp..and based on doctor prescribe we did KOH test and its positive. Doctor presceibe ecovin 250mg/daily and Kevon lotion..for 4 weeks However after 4 weeks we did not find its improving..now I can see fuss fill small and few are big blister on his head and he is not allowing to touch his scalp .. Please suggest suitable treatment...
