I have been facing some problem with my left ear since today morning. I am having a constant ringing sound and I am unable to hear clearly.

Need to rule sudden sensory neural hearing loss..do an audiometry ..if there is any hearing loss consult with an ENT specialist as SSNHL is an emergency condition and need urgent treatment.
