Ringing in ears / tinnitus

Ears are ringing since a month and I can't got to a ENT because no one is available (I am not in India am in Netherlands ) unable to sleep since days now and feeling annoyed and irritated. Please suggest something

Since you are not in India, Im not sure if the prescription here will work. But you have to understand one thing. The more you try to focus on the ringing, louder it will sound. The best thing is to distract yourself from the ringing noise. Sometimes a low volume music also helps.

This phenomenon is called as tinnitus Any complaints of blocked ear / hearing loss ? Any cough / cold ? Taking medications for any other problem? Probable causes: 1. Nerve inflammation 2. Ear infection This can be controlled with medications
