Is it only one Ear or both? What is the type of ringing you hear- Continuous or Come/Go types ? Is there any hearing loss/vertigo associated with this ringing sensation?! Have you undergone any clinical examination or hearing test for same?!
Next Steps
clinical examination required. Ringing tone indicates damage to hair cells of your inner ear/autonomous vibration of hair cells ... there are many causes of it. Simplest being Wax or being exposed to loud noises.
Health Tips
IN PERSON EXAMINATION PURE TONE AUDIOGRAM AVOID LOUD NOISES
