Hi doctors, Yesterday we went for NT scan and it shows Right uterine artery shows increased PI. Mean PI is normal 1.7 (63rd centile) Screen negative for PIH, report attached herewith. We had one miscarriage earlier, 3 years before. Today we wnt to our gynaec and she said to start ecospirin after 3 weeks. Having bp from my earlier pregnancy, my medications are labebet twice, dydrogest thrice, naturogest sr 200 - twice. Is there any problem in the report? What precaution we should take to overcome this, we are really worried please advise us. Thanks

If u are having hypertension then there are chances of getting high PI in any side uterine A. Start ecosprin as early. Avoid extra added salt. For further management continue all medications. Consult for proper guidance
