Right Tonsil and right ear problem

Hey. My right side of tonsil is bigger than left side from last 2 years and also right ear canal is swelled without pain but sometimes itching. There is little bit of itching and needle like pain in throat and tonsil and tightness in ear . Is it normal or something else as it is there from last 2 years I think . Plss reply is it normal or not.
