Hi sir, This is Anuj Burewar My right testis is very small in size from last 10 days (may be more than this but i have checked it 10 days back only). As recommended by the practo doctors i went for ultrasound sound of the whole scrotum. Report says atrophic undescended right testis in right inguinal ring. Right testis measures 1.9x0.7x0.6 cms with nonpain and fever. Consults with urologist ..it's says post torsion advice need to perform orchipexy.
Previous Medical history- Diagnosed with epididymo orchitis (right testis side) on aug-2016, admited in hospital for a week given some antibiotics and got cured. After 2 months(oct-2016) i was diagnosed with Ankylosing spondilytis after that taking some NSAIDS it was back to normal and following physiotherapy and yoga it is in control from last 2 years.
Please provide the suggestion..
Better to undergo orchidectomy instead of orchidopexy because there is no retinal to fix that atrophied testis, later on that might be source of infection or malignancy
Hi, no symptoms just noticed one side of testis is big and other is not. Is this normal? Or any isue
