I have pain in right testicle from 2 months. Completed 4 different types of antibiotics course. Did ultrasound scan 2 times. Report says mild orchitis with mild hydrocele.  Not sure what to do next. Please suggest. IMPRESSION: Right side minimal hydrocele. Right side mild degree orchitis. Right scrotal sac shows a partly calcified scrotal pearl -And focal tenderness noted in that region. Left epididymal head shows a small simple cyst. Bilateral no varicocele.

In such complicated situations it’s better to consult directly, and better to consult a local doctor who can clinically examine.
