Im addicted to masturbation sometimes i do 3times ,my right testis &right thigh(i think it was nerve pain) near to scortum have mild pain. In morning it was normal but foam urinating somtimes,i have premature ejaculation problm,low energy in my body,also have ppp(pearly penile papulus)for long years.also have belly fat,now my right testis hang too lower than left scortum does its a vericocele problem?how can i clear all my problems.
