Hello.well I would suggest you to meet a general surgeon and get it examined first and then you need to evaluate it..You will definitely require USG for it to see the cause...Hydrocele can also recurrer...Thank you

Hello there.  I can understand your concern.  Too much masturbation will anyways cause pain. So just give yourself a break for a few days. As of now take a tab. Dolo 650 for pain management. Consult a general surgeon in person for further evaluation and management. Best regards. Dr. Anil kumar jain. Bangalore.

Hello there.... Take over-the-counter pain medications... Over-the-counter painkillers such as paracetamol, can be used to relieve pain and swelling. ...Lie down on your back. ...Apply an ice pack to the area. ...Rest and avoid strenuous activities.... Especially avoid heavy weight lifting.... Provide support to the scrotum by wearing an athletic supporter.....While lying down, place a rolled towel under your scrotum.... Other treatment options will depend on the cause of your testis pain..... Consult Surgeon....
