Right side pain cheast

Hello I work 12 hours every day. I was moving stuff 2 days ago but nothing happened. I woke up yesterday ok but in a few hours my right side of my chest started to hurt me! I can’t breathe much and when I move my right hand start to hurt me too, the pain it looks from outside and inside too when I move. I smoke cigarettes and I drink. This pain never came to me but it’s hard to move!

Its looks like muscular spasm. Nsaids will help. However show it to a physician nearby of pain doesn't subside with it.

Hi. I understand your concern s. You will need to undergo a detailed examination and investigation like chest x ray and ECG . it could be muscular pain as well. Consult a doctor for the same at the earliest.
