The right side of the right eye is red. And I am feeling a bit irritation and a blurry type vision. Please help me out , is it something serious ? I have a 10hr+ daily Computer or Mobile Screen Time , is it because of that.

Pl use Refresh tears eye drops. Pl undergo slitlamp examination. Pl consult Ophthalmologist for further evaluation and treatment.
