Hello Your symptoms are suggestive of myokymia Most common cause is stress Having said that it is provisional diagnosis.kindly consult local ophthalmologist

Frequent blinking is usually due to mental stress or dryness or sleeplessness or nutritional deficiency or dryness or computer vision syndrome please identify the cause and act accordingly.
