Right scrotum gets size tripled .

I found my right scrotum having tripled its size but I had no pain because of it. At morning it is slightly small but at afternoon it's size increases. Although it's painless but if press than it hearts.

Get a USG Scrotum done. It might be a hydrocele/ varicocele or hernia. Can u send a pic?
