Last year usg report was swollen right paraaotic lymphnodes paraaortic lymphadenopathy after month usg report was normal no lymph node is it means cancer or adrenal tumor My radiologist asked that time did u get any injury around stomach I got injured 5 yr back on stomach do I need to recheck for para aortic lymphnodes?

Most common cause of lymph node enlargement is infection, you should get USG done by radiologist , if lymph nodes are normal ,no need to worry
