I've been having flu for two months but after several treatments, it appears now that my right nostril is blocked, I've ran full blood test but nothing, I've also ran sputum test, no pathogens was found.. But I found it difficult to breathe through my right nostril and whenever I sneeze, mucus start running down and worse. Doctor Pls help.

One sided nose block might be due to deviated nasal septum/nasal polyp or mass/chronic rhinosinusitis.. visit an ENT specialist for proper assessment and treatment..
