I am facing pain on right leg below knee right side whenever walk, am facing this problem from 20 days, If I take pain killer I will be fine for some time but after that again pain. I started getting this pain post, I increased my jogging Time from 12mini to 22mini , from past 20 days I have stop jogging , pls help me

Hello there. I can understand your concern. As of now you can take a tab. Paracetamol 650mg thrice a day after food for 2 days. Tab. Renerve-plus once a day after food for 20 days. Tab.
