From past 3 months i am having numbness in my righthand ,burning sensation and pain when hand get numb...and it does not get normsl before 10 to 15 I

Your description points towards cervical disc disease causing compression though other diagnosis may be possible.
Next Steps
Maintain neck posture in neutral position as far as possible. A soft cervical collar may aid. Tab Parasafe 1 gm twice daily for 3 days. Tab Rejunex CD3 1 tab daily for 1 month.
