My right eye vision is weak. Looking far is weak. Right eye bottom side is pulsates sometimes and sometimes no problem

Please get your refraction done and start using specs as advised. Put lubricant eye drops e.g. teardrop 2to3 times daily and rub ocupol d's eye oint twice daily on lids.

These pulsations are due to irritation of muscle at lid margin and are generally related to stress. It is called Myokimia.
