Right eye less focus

My right eye has got a little weak ,I can read far letters from only left eye but when I try to do it from right ,I sometimes can't.I don't wear any spectacles.This seems to be an early stage ,please let me know any eye drop and. Measures to improve my condition so that it doesn't worsen in future.
