I have sphenoid wing meningioma that measured 4.9cm×5.6cm×5.6cm and shows extention to right parasellar region,sphenoid sinus & posterior ethmoid sinus.and it effects my right eye vision.right eye colour vision is defective.i have no other symptoms found except blurring vision in right eye & pupil size quite larger than the left one.suggest me best

The tumor is quite large. It needs craniotomy and microsurgical decompression. Parasellar extension may indicate cavernous sinus invasion and ICA encasement, precluding total removal. Based on histopathology report further treatment, radiation can be decided for residual tumor.
